The Objective
In line with the $1 million dollar top-to-bottom renovation of this 7 bedroom Seven Mile Beach luxury villa, Lustic Media came in house to refresh the outdated strategy, branding, website, photography and digital marketing to reposition this brand as the most highly sought-after luxury vacation home in Cayman; with the revenue stream to match.
The objective was to successfully re-launch the villa into the luxury vacations market by using specific digital marketing strategies to directly connect with a more refined audience at a price point that was three times the previous nightly spend.

1. Family-owned villa with inconsistent branding, social media content and online presence spanning 10+ years across multiple owned and 3rd party accounts.

5. Support in house reservations and property management team to create new bookings systems and guest communications
