Marketing Strategy for agency including detailed brand audit upgrade of all online accounts, digital strategy and rebrand management, website copywriting support, social media management & social media training for agents and new in house marketing team.

The Objective

Property Cayman was transitioning from a sub-brand within ReMax to an independent real estate agency. To ensure the new Property Cayman brand was well received by the community, we curated a modern, friendly, open and inviting brand voice, image and redesign.

1. Strike brand balance between all budgets and all brand taste styles - luxury/down-to-earth, modern but professional

2. Need to distance from ReMax brand without insulting former colleagues or breaching any CIREBA rules & regulations

3. Seamless transition - same great service but elevated brand image

The Goals

1. Create a professional, sleek and bold brand that represented the new Property Cayman

2. Build positive public perception of the independent PC brand and of realtors in general

3. Correct any misperceptions about PC brand and realtors

4. Create awareness of the company move and benefits, without undermining past success

5. Create consistent and sustainable marketing plan and process that in-house team can follow in near future.
