We are looking for an experienced, detail-orientated, and passionate Digital Ads Specialist who’s inspired to create engaging digital ads for an exciting group of clients based in the Caribbean. 

As a Digital Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media ads strategy, Google Adwords, and remarketing campaigns for each of our clients in order to increase their online presence and generate qualified sales traffic. You will be working closely with our CEO, Client Accounts Manager, and Social Media Manager as an integral part of our team.

The Lustic Group is rapidly growing and needs more support with digital ads creation, execution, management, and reporting. The ideal candidate is an independent worker, extremely detail-oriented, able to manage strict budgets effectively, and is forever learning new ways to improve results. Must be interested in travel, lifestyle content, and of course, love all things Cayman! Remote workers may apply but must be a similar time zone to Cayman (EST). 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple ad accounts with specific budgets and global audiences 

  • Work with Social Media Manager to build, implement and oversee monthly social media ads campaigns for each client across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn as well as Google Adwords and retargeting campaigns

  • Monitor and report on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and internal client reporting tools

  • Monthly brainstorm for new ads innovations and results-driven tactics

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of digital ads experience

  • Very proficient in running social media ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (via Business Manager) and LinkedIn as well as digital marketing campaigns (Remarketing and Google Adwords)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field preferred

  • Copywriting and ads design experience preferred 

  • Preferences: Caymanian, Independent contractor or part-time worker (not someone employed full time) and located in Cayman timezone (EST) or similar

Attitude:

  • Positive and supportive attitude and willingness to do whatever comes up: no task is too

  • big or too small

  • Flexibility in schedule and ability to prioritise Lustic work as business grows and needs arise.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to edit quickly and with precision

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach

  • Thrive in a small team, fast-paced environment; self-starter and time management pro 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish ensuring we meet our client timelines, goals, and budgets, working closely with the Social Media Manager and web team to keep clients blown away by service
